At that moment a 10% of the total purchase minus deposit placed will be requested. The final notary day of completion will be stated on the PPC Contract.

The costs in a property purchase will vary from a new build to a resale with each having its own corresponding taxes. A new build will have a 10% tax to add ontop of the property price. Plus an additional 1.2% Stamp Duty tax is applied in these cases. If the property is a Resale there is a 7% tax . In both cases we need to add the following costs: 1% lawyer fee.
